Since our foundation in 1964 – when we were a small business collecting mushrooms and making preserves – and up to the present day, our journey has always been dedicated to the gastronomy of our country, and our main objective has always been to export our love of food, tradition, and Spanish products to as many corners of the world as possible.
More than a half century of experience has taught us the value of authenticity and the desire for excellence. At Ferrer, we cook using only the freshest ingredients, prepared in a homemade style in order to capture the traditional flavour that has characterised our recipes over the course of several generations.
